Mr. Palakoti has over thirty years of outstanding industry experience, specializing in Strategy Consulting for Digital Transformation. He has held leadership positions in various multinational corporations, including a notable 15 year tenure at Microsoft. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, he founded PALS Global Solutions in 2012, playing a pivotal role in the company's remarkable growth trajectory.

While at Microsoft, Mr. Palakoti played a key role in influencing Microsoft technologies and solutions to Global Enterprises, Mid-Markets and Governments. During his stint at Microsoft, he was involved in driving worldwide initiatives and setting a presales practice for cloud productivity. His leadership at Microsoft helped in driving strategic IT initiatives with global enterprises and was also instrumental in driving large scale e-governance initiatives in India. With his strong executive presence, customer relationship, and technical competencies, Mr. Palakoti was considered as a trusted advisor to many enterprises. Prior to Microsoft, he had served as Country Head, Project Manager and Technical Lead in various organizations.
