Mr. Palakoti has over thirty years of outstanding industry experience, specializing in Strategy Consulting for Digital Transformation. He has held leadership positions in various multinational corporations, including a notable 15 year tenure at Microsoft. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, he founded PALS Global Solutions in 2012, playing a pivotal role in the company's remarkable growth trajectory.

While at Microsoft, Mr. Palakoti played a key role in influencing Microsoft technologies and solutions to Global Enterprises, Mid-Markets and Governments. During his stint at Microsoft, he was involved in driving worldwide initiatives and setting a presales practice for cloud productivity. His leadership at Microsoft helped in driving strategic IT initiatives with global enterprises and was also instrumental in driving large scale e-governance initiatives in India. With his strong executive presence, customer relationship, and technical competencies, Mr. Palakoti was considered as a trusted advisor to many enterprises. Prior to Microsoft, he had served as Country Head, Project Manager and Technical Lead in various organizations.

Stronger leadership, passion for technology, high determination and vast professional experience at the backdrop, he has founded PALS Global Solutions. Now, Mr. Palakoti at the helm of PALS Global Solutions as Founder CEO, is striving to transform the company into a truly global organization. Mr. Palakoti holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering and Maters in Business Administration from a reputed university.
